Heating and Cooling Service Contracts

Air Concepts Heating & Cooling is happy to offer our customers affordable service contracts for your Heating and Cooling needs.

PLAN A: AIR CONDITIONING PARTS & LABOR
(MAY 15th – NOV. 15th) $79.00 per system (tax included)
Run, Check and Inspect unit on initial start up. All equipment must be in working order at the time this contract is approved. Any parts that are necessary to get the system into proper working order, at the initial inspection, will be billed at a 20% discount to the customer. Check the Freon in the system and add any that is required. Plan includes all parts and labor for the remainder of the season. (Compressor, Freon (after initial start-up), and evaporator coil not included)

PLAN B: HEATING PARTS & LABOR
(NOV. 16th - MAY 14th) $79.00 per system (tax included)
Run, Check and Inspect furnace or boiler (GAS ONLY). All equipment must be in working order at the time this contract is approved. Any parts that are necessary to get unit into proper working order, at the initial inspection, will be billed at a 20% discount to the customer. Plan includes all parts and labor for the remainder of the season. (Heat exchanger and domestic hot water coils not included)

PLAN C: AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING (FULL YEAR)
$149.00 per system (tax included)
Plan includes everything stated in Plan A and Plan B. In order to receive the discounted price, customer must purchase this option.

PLAN D: THERMOSTAT COVERAGE
$10.00 per system (tax included)
This coverage will repair or replace any thermostat that has faulted for any reason other than physical abuse.

FALL OPTION: (Homeowners with gas forced air heat do not require this service)
We will return in the Fall to close system for an additional: $22.00
1. We will schedule appointments beginning Oct. 1.
2. We will close registers, install owner’s return block, install owner’s cover, shut off switches.
